Post celebration of the New Year’s arrival, the popular questions that comes out is about New Year’s Resolutions. Particularly when you meet a friend, peer, colleague and others after the New Year’s day. For some it is a matter of a ‘conversation breaker’ or something to talk about one’s personal goal during the new year.

At any rate, by taking a stride in exploiting opportunities ahead would be the best technique. Regardless of one’s situation there are positive opportunities of the new year just like the message illustrated in the image below.

Business wise, in the Twenty First Century such a resolution is viewed as old tradition, others don’t pay attention about it.

The most essential activity on the first week of work after the new year is a meeting about what went wrong in 2015 and what options can be done to improve those failures with an intent of better successes.
