Four months ago, a friend of ours mailed us a book of Recipes across regional United States as he witnessed during his visit that we enjoy cooking.
We picked the Louisiana Pork Chops as it seems great based on the ingredients besides we have not cooked one of this. Indeed, the cuisine did not disappoint us, had a wonderful evening and meal with this sumptuous food. It got added to our favorites since then.
Thought I will share with you as we just had it again today.
