The Best Acumen While Cooking Is Having Sensitive Taste Buds Not Only Looks and Condiments

Pete Earthlé, IdeasNConversations @IdeasN

Depth of tastes and levels of aroma are the primary features of delicious foods. Cooks who can demonstrate the acumen of using their sensitive taste buds will surely attract attention and appreciation from individuals who ate what were cooked.

Looks and condiments add quality in the art of presentation. But the most emphasis of quality food is the taste in order to be called ‘delicious’.

Customizing the taste of your food when cooking is a result of creative integration of various foods that were gleaned from various cultures.

The MJs Pad Thai is a result of creative cooking. We mixed some cultural foods, locally grown vegetables and poultry to make it personal that fit to our required taste and depth of quality.  Examples are; Vietnamese noodles, Mexican Cilantro, organic egg from a free range chicken, organic chicken, locally grown non-GMO onions, green onions and carrots and others.

The trick of cooking delicious food is by understanding what you like to accomplish, learning what are the local materials that you can use, take a risk of experimenting, adjust the levels and depth of tastes. Your cooking is successful when someone tells you ‘the food is delicious with a smile and heartfelt gratitude’.
